Refund & Return Policy  

At Marijuana Mama, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.  

Returns  

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, 
items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. 

How to Initiate a Return 

To start a return, please contact us at marijuanamamallc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back. 

Refunds  

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return

• Items returned after the 30-day window 
  
• Items that show signs of use or damage
• Final sale or clearance items 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right promptly. 

Shipping Costs 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
