Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Carrier

 We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Depending on your location and order size, we may occasionally use an alternative carrier to ensure the best delivery experience.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the link in your email.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at marijuanamamallc@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
